Yes, we can remove any type of fake nails (i.e. Acrylic, Gel-X or Hard Gel) before your manicure service. Please note this is an additional cost.

For appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours before your appointment, you will not be charged. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware that tardiness may lead to a shortened or forfeited appointment to avoid disruption to subsequent schedules. If you're running late, please contact me. If you arrive 20 minutes late, you’ll be turned down and considered a no-show. You’ll be charged 100% of the service fee.

We require a credit card to secure all appointments through our online booking system. Our gift cards can not be used to secure appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the policy fees will be applied to your card.
Changing or downgrading services during the appointment is allowed, but you will be charged the higher/original price.Upgrading services during the appointment is allowed if time permits. Requests to change or downgrade services must be made 48 hours before the appointment to avoid paying the higher/original price.
We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick or have been around anyone recently infected with COVID 19. I continuously take precautions by continuing our cleaning and sterilization practices listed below:
- I wash my hands with soap and water upon entering my studio, before & after each appointment, and wear gloves during services.
- Highly tactile surfaces are continually wiped and disinfected.
- Our tools are sterilized using a hospital grade autoclave.
